The development includes electricity to the access road for the lots and each villa will connect via underground service. Cement access roads to the lots ,shown on the survey map, are provided by the developer and will be installed as villas are built. The access road to the development passes pastures, an indoor rink and stables for a new beautiful private equestrian center. Some of the land in South Sound is used to grow fruits and vegetables. South Sound is a very private destination with stunning topography, turquoise water and the Caribbean Sea.
De-salinated water is available to the development with the installation of a pipe to the government water system. Water cisterns in each individual villa provide a backup water supply. Hi-Power WiFi Internet has been provided to the development.
