This page provides pictures and  survey/contour maps of the development.  Virgin Gorda is located in the Virgin Island chain of islands and can be reached via San Juan, Puerto Rico with direct flights to Virgin Gorda or flights to Beef Island on Tortola with a short 20 minute ferry to Virgin Gorda.  St. Thomas is a ferry or short flight away and provides convenient access to Virgin Gorda.

The development includes electricity to the access road for the lots and each lot will connect via underground service.  Cement access roads to the lots ,shown on the survey map, are provided by the developer and will be installed as villas are built. The access road to the development passes pastures, an indoor rink and stables for a new beautiful private equestrian center.   Some of the land in South Sound is used to grow fruits and vegetables. South Sound is a very private area with beautiful vistas.

De-salinated water  is available to the development  with the installation of a pipe to the government water system.  The water is great to drink and can also be used to water plants.  This limits the need for large water cisterns in each individual villa.
